Quick 20‑minute HIIT session to get the heart pumping.
Today I decided to do a classic: P90X Legs and Back. To say that it kicked my rear would be a huge understatement. I did this program back in my 20s and at the end of it I was as fit as I had ever been. Nowadays, not so much. I may continue with the program or see what else Bodi has to offer now. The important thing is to find something I enjoy and stick to it. I read somewhere that it takes 3 weeks to start a habit, 66 days to find a groove, 6 months to lock it down, 1 year to make it automatic and 2+ years to make it part of your identity. What better day to start than today, right? I don't own the rights to the video. I found it here: https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x941jrc
Sticking with what works, today I did P90X Kenpo X. I had to talk myself out of quitting this workout several times just because I felt so out of shape. The first time was during the stretching and warm up. That's how out of shape I felt: I didn't think I'd make it through the warm up. I did though. Doing this workout the day after Legs and Back didn't make it any easier. I was already sore. I don't own the rights to the video. I found it here: https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x941jrc
