Day 3 – Dec 28 ’22

Day 3 – Today went very well. I did a few less reps per set but was able to maintain my form better than yesterday. I will probably stick with the same weights for the first week or two just so that my body can get back into the swing of things and then I will gradually start increasing the weight.
